About Our Client
Our client is a sizeable bank, currently upskilling their C&B team and is inviting a strategic C&B practitioner with 12+ years relevant experience from banking sector to join.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of C&B, you will support the development, review and implementation of C&B programmes under the Total Compensation Framework; you will also take lead and support annual C&B exercises e.g. pay & benefits review, employee cost budgeting, bonus exercises etc. To help upskill the existing HR team, you will also take responsibility to ensure internal relativity and external competitiveness of the Bank's existing C&B programmes by maintaining job evaluation system and market intelligence, also support with salary and benefits benchmarking and the analysis of market data for recommending appropriate improvement strategies. This role will also support employee cost management and will conduct employee cost analysis to provide insights for HR strategies development. You will also manage other C&B programmes including provident fund schemes, group employee insurance scheme and benefits review. As the Deputy C&B Director, you will be the go-to person to offer advice to HR counterparts and internal clients, also update and maintain wider HR policies to sure best practice are in place and aligned with business objectives. Ad hoc projects will be assigned as part of business development of the Group.
Requirements
To qualify, you will be degree educated in Human Resources Management or related disciplines, alongside 12+ years relevant strategic C&B exposure within banking sector. You will be familiar with latest market trends around employment practices in the banking industry, demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills, also someone with high proficiency both in Chinese and English (written & spoken). The ability to work under pressure and immediate available candidates will be highly regarded as well.
