About The Client
Our client is a reputable global luxury retail group. With a rapid expansion in the APAC region, they are looking for an ERP Application Specialist.
About the role
- As key person to manage D365 ERP system implementation projects in regional scope, including system customization, integration and troubleshooting to cater the business growth
- Designing, implementing and upgrading their ERP system to assist the daily operation
- Work closely with internal IT team and manage vendor to provide effective IT solutions and supports
- Provide recommendation or insight to improve the system operation and enhance its efficiency
- Researching and customizing IT solutions in the current market to support future enterprise development
- Conduct user training/workshop and prepare documentation for internal users
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing and supporting MS ERP system (D365 or AX), preferable working in retail, FMCG, wholesales or vendor companies
- Familiar with finance, inventory, WMS or OMS module is an advantage
- Strong analytic skills, responsible and proactive in problem-solving
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is required
