About the Client
We are currently representing our client to look for a Executive Secretary from luxury retail background to support their CEO.
About the Role
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to the CEO, including but not limited to calendar and meeting management, expense claiming and any personal matters
- Assist in organizing business events and handling the events logistic such as venue booking,
- Handling travel arrangement, itinerary planning, flight and accommodation bookings
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage project timeline
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline
- 8+ years of secretary experience in sizeable company, ideally from luxury retail industry and/or multicultural environment
- Presentable, self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
