About The Role
Our client is a well-established bank in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a Team Head to help oversee the retail banking financial control team, targeting business finance candidates with 10+ years relevant experience to join the new and growing team.
About The Client
Reporting into the Head of MIS & Planning, you will drive automation and steamline existing processes. You will support with MIS integration and ensure timely delivery of P&L reports and commentaries of the Bank's retail banking business. You will act as the business partner to Head of Retail Banking, and advise on real time business performance with detail analytical reports. You should also ensure all product control-related policies and procedures are properly adopted and ensure consistency with Group's policy. This is an integral role that would require close liaison with senior business stakeholders to help grow the FP&A function, drive MIS integration and also automation and process improvements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines with a CPA or CFA qualification. You would demonstrate strong knowledge of retail banking, and a good team player and leader with exceptional communications skills and FP&A / business finance knowledge. You would have minimum 10 years of relevant experience, and 5 years of managerial experience. High proficiency in both English and Chinese would be required for this role.
