About Our Client
Our client is the industry pioneer in commercial banking. As part of the HR and organisation transformation plan, they are inviting a seasoned OD professional to join and take lead of staff engagement and cultural activities.

About The Role
This role sits as part of the organisational development team, with focus around staff engagement and driving an extincive bank-wide culture. You will look into the well-being of the business in particular how effectively the bank is maximising its key strategic people levers of culture, leadership, talent, diversity and capability to achieve business goals. You will design, develop, implement and evaluate systemic interventions that enhance organisational performance and talent development. This Head of Culture & Engagement will take charge of driving thought leadership, strategic direction and implementation of bank-wide culture and engagement interventions across the organisation. Specifically, the focus is to design, develop, implement and evolve cultural interventions that shape and shift the business culture to deliver on the business strategy and the cultural aspiration.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated ideally in psychology, HR or related discipline (post-graduate or coaching qualifications are desirable), with minimum 15 year' relevant experience in banking/ financial services sector. You will be a subject matter expert in culture and engagement, with successful track record of effectively managing complex internal relationships. You will also have solid experience leading and managing bank-wide Organisational Development projects and initiatives, also ability to present and influencing executives and board members.
