About The Client
Our client is a foreign bank with their APAC HQ in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring a HR Business Parter (Manager level) to support the IT and Finance function, targeting someone with 6-8+ years of relevant HR advisory experience gained from financial sector to join as part of the HR team (banking sector preferred).
About The Role
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, you will support the IT and Finance business unit (population of around 250 pax) to ensure business and HR objectives are obtained. You will work closely with business group leaders to implement company wide HR strategies advising on resourcing needs, work with Talent Acquisition team to deliver recruitment objectives, conduct regular career development interviews to idenfidy and support talent development mandates etc. You will also partner closely with HR CoE specialist in areas of C&B, Global Mobility, Learning and Development.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with 6-8+ years of solid HR business partnering experience acquired from financial services sector (preferably in banking). You will come across as independent and mature handling senior business stakeholders and able to offer sound HR advice to all levels of employees. The ability to influence and drive change will be key to succeed in this role. High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese essential, and immediately available candidates highly regarded.
