About Our Client
Our client is a financial technology company, associated with one of the well-known Chinese Enterprises. Due to business expansion, they are currently seeking for a HRBP to join the team and provide exceptional service to various business units.
About the Role
- Provide HR service and support on recruitment, on/off boarding, performance management and HR operation
- Work closely with various business heads on HR advisory and planning to support business growth plan
- Build the employer branding and talent pool in the market to remain company competitiveness
- Engage in staff survey and retention program
- Assist in any ad hoc project
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, HR or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of HRBP/ Generalist experience, ideally from technology/ financial companies
- Self-motivated individual who possess strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required
