About the Client
Our client is a leading medical services provider with business operation across Hong Kong and China. Due to recent expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as the Senior Human Resources Executive -Talent Acquisition
About the Role
- Handle full spectrum recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offer and onboard arrangement etc.
- Explore all potential and innovative methods to recruit people
- Provide recruitment solutions, talent mapping
- Work closely with supervisor to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in the area of recruitment operations gained in a sizeable organization. Experience from Health & Beauty care industry will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and result-oriented
- Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Human Resources Executive
