About the Client

A proven industry giant with international business presence is currently seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Senior Manager, Human Resources (HRBP) to facilitate their ongoing strategic transformation.

About the Role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business unit leaders, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business unit's goals, challenges, and talent needs, and collaborate with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results
  • Partner with leaders to identify and address employee performance and development needs, including coaching, performance management, and talent assessment
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives and promote employee engagement and retention
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively share knowledge and insights with business leaders and HR colleagues
  • Support the implementation of organizational changes, including restructuring, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the HR function

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive insights and recommendations
  • Experience in change management and organizational development is desirable
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related tools
