A Real Estate Fund Company is looking for an Investment Associate to manage and analyze their international properties
About the Role
- Manage data collection, organization and analysis of potential acquisition
- Work with internal and external parties on brokers, property management, leasing, asset management on asset evaluation
- Seek and analyze real estate acquisition opportunities and manage internal due diligence process
- Conduct financial analysis, business modeling and pre-deal evaluation investments to potential assets
- Conduct property and portfolio reports to calculate their return rate
The successful applicants
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or other related disciplines
- 3 years' or above of related working experience
- Professional Qualification such as RICS is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strategic, Passionate and Strong analytical skills
