About our client
Our client is a renowned listed hospitality group that is going through a regional digitalization transformation. Hence, they are now looking for an IT Project Manager with a strong background in relevant industries and systems
About the role
- Being responsible for the management of internal information systems, such as system upgrades, function enhancement and integration
- Drive innovative solution design, integration and implementation of digital channel across web, mobile and system
- Coordinating with end-to-end project management duties, including user requirement gathering, process mapping, budgeting, team & vendors management, timeline management, deployment, UAT
- Working closely with key functional leads and external solution providers to ensure all contractual commitments and deliverable are successfully and completely delivered on time and with good quality
- Acting as the contact point of L2 internal system incidents, and escalating L3 issues to vendors when necessary
- Researching and designing IT solutions and support to other application systems of the group
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the ERP operation/IT project management sector, with experience in Microsoft D365 is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft environment & products, such as PowerBI, Azure, CRM, etc.
- Working experience in a brick-and-mortar retailing industry is a must
- Familiar with SQL is an advantage
- With good knowledge of application integration and cloud platform operation environment, preferably on Azure ecosystem
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
