Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the training to shops / counters
- Implement and monitor the training development process
- Work with management team to review for the effectiveness of training program
- Deliver and facilitate the new joiner onboarding programs
- Manage organization and logistics of training sessions (classroom and e-learning)
Requirements:
- University graduate or training related disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience in beauty with make-up experience preferred
- Managing experiences in retail frontline is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
