Job Description
To further develop local market, our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with regional team mand upper management to implement all marketing/brand building initiatives to maximize sales opportunity
- Manage the sales and marketing P&L including annual marketing budget planning, sales analysis
- Develop ATL, BTL, CRM, Retail & Trade marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and acquire/ retain customers
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies and road map including social networking campaigns to enhance customer relationships & loyalty
- Manage inventory profile and mix, inventory turns, price protection and product life cycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG, consumer goods industry with B2B and B2C exposure
- Team management experience is needed
- Good command in Chinese and English
