About The Role
- Coordinate operational risk management projects including: Prepare reports or collect operational risk statistics/ data from all departments and report to the Head office; Perform operational risk related inspections, assessments and evaluations; Interact with various stakeholders within the company in order to carry out the work; Provide support in firm-level BCP policy review and annual drill
- Conduct the role of Operational & Integrated Risk management
- Work with other teams of the department to prepare various risk-related reports for the management or Head office
- Conduct consolidated management work including policy review, data preparing, following up the affiliates' status regularly
- Perform ad hoc assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Risk management, Finance, Business or other related disciplines
- 1-2 years' experience in operational risk management/credit in securities, investment banking industry
- Knowledge of SFO, Listing Rules and operations of private equity fund management business and investment banking business is an advantage
- Relevant product knowledge and compliance control experience
- Good presentation and demonstration skills
- An excellent communicator who can communicate effectively (both written and verbally) in English and Mandarin
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues of different departments
