About Our Client
Our client is a Chinese Asset Management firm with global presence. They are hiring an additional headcount for a seasoned Operations Manager with prior work experience in mid-office operations and in prime broker managing fund operations.
About The Role
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will assume an all-round role and would support with the business' operations independently. You will ensure financial planning, control processes and systems are implemented to Financial Asset Investment Business; build the operation function for financial asset investment; perform margin management duties, and also facility management liaising with banks to get facility line for investment purpose. Furthermore, you will also liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth-running of business operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in accounting, finance or relevant disciplines, with experience working in Funds, Asset Management and/or family offices. You will have a minimum of 3 years mid office operation manager working experience, and 2+ years experience working in prime broker with an operations-focused position. You will be familiar with fund operation, and with knowledge on Financial Asset Investment. You will be an agile, fast-learner and someone who can bring solutions as problem arise. English and Chinese (Mandarin) will be required for this role.
