About the Client
We are representing a multinational healthcare services company looking for a seasoned Payroll & HR Admin Manager to lead the team.
About the Role
- Report to Head of HR and lead a small team
- Oversee the day-to-day payroll operation, including calculation, reviewing and processing payroll data
- Perform and completion of all kinds of reconciliation and reports on time
- Lead and work closely with vendors on the payroll system implementation and enhancement
- Ensure full compliance under local regulatory obligations and provision of seamless payroll services
- Assist in any adhoc tasks assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of payroll and/ or HR Shared Services experience
- Knowledge and experience of SAP payroll system
- Independent, motivated and with strong analytic skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (e.g. Pivot table, Vlookup)
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
