Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties with professional and courteous manner including greeting student and greet in person and handling incoming phone calls
- Manage the operations in the jewellery arts school, i.e. ensure cloakroom and reception area clean and neat, keep class duration, assist traffic counting & customer data collection
- Support classes and events' rescheduling and registration
- Serve as cashier for bookstore
- Conduct logistics and delivery issue
- Assist ad-hoc duties assigned by team
Qualification:
- Higher Diploma or above in related field
- 1 - 2 years working experience in administrative role, possess retail or hospitality experience is definitely a plus
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
- Well organized, energetic, courteous and independent
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in MS office
- Flexible working schedule, able to work on each weekends and public holidays
- Immediate available will be an advantage
