About the Client
Our client is a multinational engineering company with over 600 subsidiaries in the world. They are looking for a seasoned professional to join them as the C&B Specialist for the region.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assist in the development and implementation of the C&B policy and procedures. You are responsible in aligning the regional and group C&B initiatives in accordance with the statutory requirements. In addition, you have to liaise with the HRs in other countries and assist in the regular C&B duties. Moreover, you will be involved in the Global Long Term Incentives program including the preparation for desired reports, salary information consolidation and maintain global LTI system. Last but not least, you have to assist in the employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Social Science or related disciplines with at least 5 years regional Compensation & Benefits experience in a MNC. You should be well versed in the HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations. You should be familiar with MS Office. Being knowledgeable in SAP/Success Factor or other HRIS will be a plus. In addition, you should be detail-minded and have strong numeric sense. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must.
