About our Client
Our client is one of the world's top luxury fashion brand, and they are currently hiring an Regional Retail Performance Manager who is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of retail quality to ensure Asian boutiques meet the global retail quality standard.
About the Role
- Directly report to the functional Director
- Ensure quality guidelines are followed by Asian boutiques
- Provide training to Retail Operation teams on products' quality topics
- Collaborate closely with After Sale Service and Retail Operation teams on retail quality improvement
- Provide effective leadership through communications, motivational techniques, coaching, and training
- Occasional travel and warehouse visit are required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines
- 7+ years' experience in retail operations, store management or training
- Knowledge of international luxury environment, experience in fashion or leather good is a plus
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse and fast paced environment
- Responsible, willing to learn, good interpersonal & communication skill
- Proficient in Excel / Powerpoint
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
