About the Company
With a proven track record of success in the region, our client is a leading organization in the luxury beauty skincare sector. Due to business expansion and growth in headcount, they are now looking to recruit a passionate individual to join them as Regional Trainer (APAC).
About the Role
Reporting to Regional Training Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the brand training program standards, taking lead in the development, delivering and evaluating the training programs. As part of the regional training team you will also provide administrative support and regularly communicate with local trainers to share best practices and develop new supporting tools through assessing and identifying the training needs of current and future leaders.
Requirements
- Degree holder in HR Management and or relevant discipline
- At least 8 years of solid training experience gained from sizeable organization with a focused in skincare therapy
- Certified ITEC or CIBTAC holder in Beauty Therpay is highly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Strong project management skills
- Able to work with cross functional departments
- Self motivated with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
