Job Description
To uplift the standard of customer service regionally, our client is looking to hire a Training Manager.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with retail sales team to understand their needs and room of improvement.
- Educate sales team about the product knowledge.
- Work with merchandising team to understand the product trend and selling point.
- Set up different kind training session for a specific group of staff.
- Communicate with HQ in order to drive the regional plan.
- Optimize the training program for different regions respectively.
Requirement
- University graduate preferably in business related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail industry is highly preferred
- Able to travel once the market is back to normal
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Detail-minded with good organizing and analytical skills
