Job Description
Our client is looking for a high caliber to join their client development team as a Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
- Work with HQ on the global directions for client acquisition and retention
- Give direction to the retail team for developing excellence customer service and building client loyalty
- Work closely with regional and local teams on the planning of delivering excellent client experience
- Work closely with retail team to strengthen the relationships with existing clients and develop new client database
- Be the expert to consult and advise retail team for VIPs appointment
- Be the representative of the brand to establish and maintain long term relationship with landlords for potential business opportunities
- Responsible for the loyalty programs and maximize the client database to achieve business goals
- Work with regional and local teams for promotion and event management
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or other related disciplines
- At least 10 years of working experience in Client Development, ideally from luxury retail industry
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, other language is an advantage
