About the client
Our client is a listed Hong Kong conglomerate, which focusing on the development of commercial and residential properties. The group provides a series of entertainment including shopping mall, dining, hospitality experience to customers. Due to their business expansion, the team is looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to join their team.
About the role
- Report to Leasing Manager
- Handle all leasing matters including but not limited to negotiation, forecast, fit-out
- Maintain a good relationship with tenants and seek for potential clients
- Participate in annual budget planning
- Conduct market research and report
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate or related disciplines
- At least 3 - 6 years' solid experience in retail or shopping mall leasing
- Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
- Fluent Putonghua and English, proficient writing skills
