A renowned developer who owns residential and commercial properties, is looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to join their team for their shopping mall.
About the role
- Assist Manager to formulate and implement leasing strategies and plans for assigned mall
- Handle leasing matters including but not limited to lease negotiation, renewals and expansions
- Maintain relationship with tenants by providing quality tenant services
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. property management, marketing) for tenants' fitting out / renovation works
- Conduct market research and tenant mix analysis for assigned projects
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 5 years' relevant experience or above
- Strong business acumen with negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Less experience will be consider as Leasing Officer
