About our Client
My client is a fast growing retail company, they have expanded over 30 shops last year. Due to their rapid business expansion, they are looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Assist the manager to search on potential sites based on the company's direction
- Conduct market research on the existing and potential new sites regarding geographic, demographics and rent etc
- Handle all leasing matters such as new lease, renewal and surrender
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to make sure the new stores and renewal are smooth
- Negotiate with external parties to ensure the rent is match with the market
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 3 years' relevant experience or above
- Leasing Experience from landlord, retail and F&B are welcome
- Strategic, independent and good negotiation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
