Senior Manager Internal Audit
About the Client
Our client is an integrated retail business with a vivid business growth plan in the Greater Bay Area. To cope with their development needs, they are recruiting a Senior Internal Audit Manager for their Hong Kong office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Department Head, you will be responsible for preparing the risk based annual audit plan and identify operational, financial and business risks. You will lead and execute operational audits from planning to reporting. You will involve in fraud investigations. You will work closely with China audit teams and IT audit team with an integrated audit approach. You will prepare quality audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management and monitor follow-up actions. You will share best practices within the Audit Department and provide necessary trainings for the teams.
The Successful Applicant
You should hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. You should have at least 12 years of relevant internal audit experience from Big 4 and sizable corporations from Retail/Property/Hospitality/Conglomerate. You should have relevant professional qualifications, e.g. HKICPA/CIA/CISA. You should be analytical, flexible, proactive and independent. You should have strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required. Very limited travel to China is required.
