Our client is a multinational SME and they are looking for a dynamic Senior Payroll Specialist to handle payroll in Hong Kong and Macao.
About the Role
- Report to the Payroll Manager
- Process payroll for employees in the organization
- Maintain personnel database regarding salaries
- Manage organization budget and expenses
- Address and resolve employee enquiries relating to the payroll matters
- Assist in preparing reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense
- Assist in HRIS implement and enhancement
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 5 years of experience in payroll operation
- With positive attitude and strong learning agility
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
