Responsibilities
- Handle shipping schedule and arrangement
- handle sales and purchase orders, shipment booking and scheduling
- Co-ordinate and arrange with different parties for end to end supply chain
- Prepare related reports to department
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- HKCEE F.5 / DSE graduated or above
- 1-2 years relevant logistics or shipping experience
- Proficient in MS Office and previous exposure in shipping software system is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication skill, well organized and a fast learner
