Responsibilities:
- Achieve store sales target and KPI target
- Focus in local clienteling development
- Maximize the business potential of the store with action plans
- People management / Staff development
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree preferable
- 5 years + solid management experience in luxury retail sales
- Excellent command of Cantonese, English, Mandarin and PC skills
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
- Sensitive to figures and strong business awareness
