Our clients are the leading luxury retail companies internationally. To cope with their rapid business expansion, they are now looking for Supervisor / Department Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager to join their team.
About the role
- Supervise and enhance the efficiency of store operation, including monitoring of merchandise, stock and inventory control.
- Ensure the store team has up-to-knowledge and follow up the company standard
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales target
- Monitor the daily sales performance by doing forecasting and planning
- Communicate with back office regarding to merchandise feedback and CRM related
- Ensure the sales team to deliever excellent customer service with updated product knowledge
Requirements
- At least 2 Years of experience of leading a team in Fashion / W&J sector
- Previous experience in Luxury sector is preferred
- A team player with excellent inter-personnel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
