About the Client
Our client is a multi-national company within the FMCG sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Talent Acquisition Manager.
About the role
- Develop a strategic vision for sourcing talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the organization
- Develop and evolve a comprehensive set of measures and metrics for productivity, quality, timing and value
- Provide the company with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends
- Lead the design and implementation of recruiting communication processes Focus on securing high quality candidates within agreed time-to-fill targets and ensure screening is in line with company and all regulatory requirements
- Maintain a professional, brand enhancing candidate experience through all recruitment cycle touch-points
- Coordinate recruitment activity for all applicable overseas hires
- Assist in development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes related to sourcing and recruiting
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years recruitment / talent acquisition experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Solid experience in developing a relevant talent pipeline
- Expertise in social media candidate engagement and sourcing skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
