Responsibilities
- Provide general secretarial, human resources and administrative support
- Coordinate and manage meeting schedule and appointments
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Support Company evnts
- Perform clerical and filing duties
- Update employees data
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Associate degree or above in Business Management, Human Resources, Social Science or other related disciplines
- 1-2 years secretary, administration of relevant experience
- Responsible, self-initiated and well-organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
