Our client is looking for a high calibre to lead a team on planning and implementing training program.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to manage the training process, workshop content creation
- Ensure the product knowledge is well delivered to the audience
- Work closely with HQ on the planning of new courses and monitor the progress of the members from the on-going training program
- Work with internal stakeholders to organize trainings courses depends on the needs from boutiques
Requirements
- Managerial experience in training and education with knowledge in gemology or jewelry
- Passion for jewelry, arts and culture with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- You are proficient in English and Chinese
