About the Client
Our client is a leading transport and logistics operator headquartered in China with global presence. Due to recent expansions, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as the Administration Specialist.
About the Role
- Coordinate and organize management meetings, company car schedule and driver roster management
- Perform all-rounded office administration duties including, managing all office materials, company chop and passport handling and arrangement
- Assist in Office facilities management including office relocation and renovation
- Support on ad-hoc project as assigned by management
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in major with Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in administration
- Working experience in Chinese firms is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Result oriented and good multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration Officer
