My client is a Hong Kong Private Equity with various commercial assets in Hong Kong and China. To enhance the portfolio potential return, they are looking for an Asset Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Report to Director
- Lead a team to plan and implement the leasing strategies and other leasing matters
- Coordinate and maintain the relationship with tenants and potential clients
- Communication internal and external stakeholders to ensure business goals are achieved, e.g. Property Management, Technical, Agencies, Vendors
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies to enhance properties' awareness through branding and promotions
Requirement
- Degree holder in Real Estate or other related disciplines
- 6 years or above experience in asset management or leasing
- Self-motivated, independent and strategic mind-set
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
