About the Client
A well-established organization headquartering in Hong Kong is now looking to strengthen its HR function by bringing on a high caliber individual to join them as the Assistant Director, Compensation & Benefits.
About the Role
- Develop and manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) initiatives including but not limited to remuneration structure, performance-based reward system and grading framework
- Revamp and develop Policies and Procedures benchmarking market best practice according to business requirements
- Define the overall HR Operations team strategy and operating model to support the Employee Life
- Continuous process / policy review, alignment and automation to improve productivity and efficiency
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide business insights and interpret market or internal trends in support of the University's strategic initiatives
- Oversee the implementation of HRIS including change management and process re-engineering for digital transformation
- Lead and coach the team to provide an all-round support for all daily routine and annual review exercises
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's and or Master holder with major in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 18 years of working experience as a HR professional with focus on Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards and HR analytics gained from large scale organization
- Direct involvement in driving change and transformation of HR function for betterment of organization
- Strong project management skills and familiar collaborating with different business functions
- Proven people management with outstanding influencing ability
- Strategic, analytical with good communication skills
- Strong user of MS Office and HR digital tools (i.e Cloud Base)
