Our client is a well-established tertiary education provider providing diploma and above education in multiple campus. To cope with the upcoming development plans, they are seeking an all-rounded professional with hands-on account servicing experience and strong communication skills to join the HR team for designated academic divisions.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as an HRBP and lead a small team to manage day to day HR matters. You are responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management and staff relations. You will manage and execute HR related projects, exercises and implement various initiatives. In addition, daily HR administration duties and ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Education or related disciplines with at least 6 years experience in the HR field. Having strong problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must.
