About the Client
Our client is a sizable corporation with rapidly growing business within Retail sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Assistant Learning & Development Manager.
About the role
- Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions.
- Support the coordination of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of engaging and effective training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to facilitate employee development and skills enhancement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance the organization's training offerings.
- Provide administrative support, such as maintaining training records, tracking attendance, and managing training resources.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 6-8 years L&D experience gained in sizeable organizations within solid learning program delivery experience (bi-lingual)
- Solid understanding and be passionate about staff learning and development
- Independent, proactive and with problem solving skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
