About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong renowned developer with intensive portfolio including residential, commercial and shopping mall. In order to change their leasing strategy, they are looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Report to Manager
- Assist manager to handle all leasing matters (new let, renewal, surrender)
- Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
- Maintain good relationship with tenants to support their needs
- Prepare annual budget and conduct market research, reports and analysis
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 5 years' relevant experience or above in shopping mall
- Leasing Experience from landlord, retail and F&B are also welcome
- Strategic, independent and good negotiation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Less experience candidate will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
