About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed Conglomerate, its commercial and residential properties located in Hong Kong and China. They are looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to join their team to lease their serviced apartment to customers.
About the Role
- Handle regular leasing matters (e.g. new letting, renewal) to ensure cover and take care potential tenants
- Maintain good relationship with tenants to support their needs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. technical team, property management) to ensure all the projects meet company's requirement
- Conduct market research, reports and analysis
The successful applicants
- Degree in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 5 years' or above residential or serviced apartment leasing experience
- Agency background are welcome
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Corporate, open-minded and good communication skills
