About the client
Our client is one of the largest property developers found in Hong Kong, with core business focuses on property development, shopping malls and commercial buildings in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Due to expand their business, the company is looking for an Assistant Leasing Officer to join their leasing team.
About the role
- Report to Leasing Manager
- Assist in leasing matters including but not limited to formulate and implement leasing strategies, prepare leasing documents and reports, annual budget
- Liaise with local estate agents, negotiate with tenants
- Conduct marketing research and feasibility study
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in commercial building leasing
- Experience in China leasing is a plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
