Responsibilities
- Provide all-rounded clerical & administrative support to the department
- Handle data entry, filing, and general office management
- Respond to emails and other forms of communications
- Maintain and enhance work process to support the efficient running of the Merchandise Department
- Liaise with both internal and external partners to ensure the smoothness of fund launching and daily operations
- Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- A recognized diploma in any discipline
- 1 year working experience is preferred, perfectly in FMCG retail industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese (Chinese word processing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is preferable
