Our client is one of the leading conglomerates in Hong Kong. They are hiring a CRM team head for their team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM program including customer acquisition and retention
- Work with vendor and IT team on system integration and data migration
- Work with internal teams on CRM campaign promotion
- Ensure the performance of the CRM program is on track
- Manage related social media channels and collaborate with digital marketing team
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of CRM and digital marketing experience in FMCG or retail industry
- Familiar with CRM tools and strong in project management.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
