About the Company
Our client is a U.S based company, provides an online career searching service for information technology and engineering professionals. With the business going rapidly, they are now looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their team in Hong Kong Office.
About the Role
Workly closely with the team and the Director, you are responsible to provide support on maintaining good record of documentation for audit purposes and to set up new customer accounts by using their internal reporting platform. Also to build strong relationship with clients to understand their business and provide service solutions with good manners.
About the Person
- 3 years of experience in similar capacity
- Out-going, proactive with good communications
- Good verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
- Good PC skills, proficient in MS Office, Excel and web-based applications
- Immediate available would be an advantage
