About our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed Conglomerate with diverse business in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. They are now looking for an Engineer to join their team to manage their office and a storey of warehouse regular operation and maintenance works.
About the Role
- Lead a team of frontline staff to handle routine maintenance works for the buildings, e.g. Air conditioning cleaning, fire service inspection etc
- Prepare tendering and quotation documents for external parties, e.g. consultants and contractors
- Supervise contractors and consultants performance to ensure projects will be completed on time and align company's standard
- Review and prepare to improve and renovate potential facilities and projects
The successful applicants
- Diploma holder or above in Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
- 5 years' or above experience in office or industrial maintenance
- Candidates from Technician background are welcome
- Independent, good communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
