Finance Manager - HK Listed Property Developer
About the Client
Our client is a Hong Kong-listed property developer with a strong regional presence. To cope with their ambitious expansion plan, they are now looking for finance talents to join the team as a Finance Manager.
About the Role
- Report to the Financial Controller
- Assist in the preparation of annual and interim financial reporting, monthly group consolidation reports and other regular management reports
- Overview month-/year-end closing and prepare annual budget and forecasts
- Liaise with auditors and assist in annual & interim audit
- Assist in the preparation of tax and treasury duties
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Controller
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
- HKICPA/ACCA/CPAA qualification is a must
- A minimum of 6 years of experience, Big 4 is preferred and exposure in property development is a must
- Strong analytical sense with good communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, including Pivot Table and V-Look Up etc
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
