About The Client
Our client is an industry leader in the Financial Services sector. They are now hiring a Group C&B Director as part of the HR management team. 20+ years of relevant HR work experience with a focus on strategic C&B projects including the implementation of sales incentive plans and executive compensation will be essential for this role, and prior China/ Regional / Global experience highly regarded.
About The Role
Reporting into the Group Chief HR Officer, you will:
- ovesee the executive and incentive programs for the global business
- manage the process for designing executive and incentive programmes and responsible for day to day implementation and administration of these programmes
- collaborate with the brand and field leadership to design rewards that maximise the performance of field teams in alignment with company strategy
- work with external vendors to execute all executive and incentive compensation activities - plan design, goal setting, reports, scorecards, drawing on business analytics partners and external vendors when necessary
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a self-directed manner within a cross-functional team environment and coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders. A key aspect of this role is the ability to interact with and influence senior leaders and members of the leadership team. Prior experience working for HR consultancies would be a definite advantage, and proficiency in English and Chinese required for this role.
