About the Client
A fast-growing technology start-up is currently looking for an agile Head of Human Resources to join and lead the team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Directly report to Chief Operation Officer
- Lead and supervise the HR team and oversee its day-to-day operation, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, resources management and planning, performance management, training and development, records management and on/off boarding etc;
- Understand hiring needs and market conditions, influences in manpower planning and recruits qualified candidates to maintain an effective workforce
- Work closely with senior executives and advise HR related strategies to meet business goals
- Responsible for office and facilities management to ensure smooth daily operation
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignment if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on HR experiences ideally from technology industry and startup environment
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Highly agile, able to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is an advantage
