Our client is a local conglomerate with diversified business across Hong Kong and China. To facilitate the recent business plans across different regions, they are hiring an HR & Admin Manager to oversee the daily HR operations and provide HR strategies to the top management.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you are responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Administration matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, staff benefits and strategies, cost and budgeting, HR policy and procedure development, employee relation and talent development as well as office administration. Besides, you will provide directions for the HR function to meet the business goal and needs. Moreover, you will be representing the Hong Kong HR function to liaise with the top management and various line managers to ensure all initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
The successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business-related disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years' working experience in HR. With Retail, FMCG background or experience from sizeable companies will be an advantage. Well versed in both HK and PRC Laws ad Individual Income Tax Ordinances. You should be independent, enthusiastic and multitasking. You should have good stakeholder management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
