Our client is a multi-national fashion brand with business across the globe. Due to the continuous growth, they are now looking for a Senior HR Officer to join the dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will act as a strategic business partner and head up the HR function in Hong Kong. You will lead various HR projects including but not limited to manpower planning, reward scheme review, employee relation as well as HR policy and procedure development. Moreover, you will work closely with your team to ensure all initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Last but not least, you will work closely with the regional HR and headquarter to provide assist to the local HR operations and implement regional projects.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 4 years experience in the HR field. Preferably from retail or fashion industries. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must.
